Dear angels, yes, winter will arrive soon. That means we will be needing some preparation to be able facing winter’s challenges and keeping ourselves as inhabitants and the space for you warm!
We would love to invite you to join our festand be surrounded by your energy!

What to expect…

raking the leaves
cleaning rain gutters
nice people
nourishing food & cooking shifts
campfire at night if the weather allows

Please come test & without symptoms. All Arruda inhabitants will get tested too.

Was du mitbringen solltest

fließend Deutsch, gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
Kenntnisse in Buchhaltung
Wissen über deutsche Vereinsrechte und -regeln
verlässliche Kommunikation
Offenheit für Zusammenarbeit mit kollektiven Strukturen
Sensibilität für verschiedene Diskriminierungsformen
Bereitschaft 1x im Monat zu Arruda in Falkenberg (Mark) zu kommen

Zugänglichkeit

Nächste Bahnstation “Falkenberg (Mark)” ist 3 km (ca. 30min zu Fuß) entfernt.
Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle “Cöthen/Falkenber” 100m von Arruda entfernt.
Die Landschaftskulisse ist ruhig.
Das Büro befindet sich im 1. OG und ist über die Treppe oder Treppenlift (bis zu 225kg) erreichbar.
Büro hat 5cm hohe Stufe an der Tür mit Minirampe.
Die Breite der Tür beträgt 85cm.
Auf der gleichen Etage befindet sich eine rollstuhlgerechte Toilette.

We are looking for a person with immediate hiring who is managing our incomes and expenses.

What we offer

450€ per month (18,75€/h ), 6h per week, 6 days holidays

Working space in Arruda office, plus home office option
Workplace in house next to beautiful forest in in the middle of Brandenburg nature

What we should bring

Fluent in German and some English
Knowledge about book keeping
Knowledge about german association rights and rules
reliable communication skills
Openess to work collaboratively with collective structures
Sensitivity for different forms of discrimination
Time for coming once a month to Arruda in Falkenberg (Mark)

Accessibility

Next Trainstation is Falkenberg (Mark) 3 km (aprox. 30mins walking) away. There is a Busstop (Cöthen/ Falkenberg) 100 metres from Arruda.
The landscape is calm.
Office is in 1st Floor, can be reached over stairs or stair-elevator (up to 225 kg). Elevator needs2nd person to operate
Office has 5cm high step at door with Miniramp.
Width of office door is 85 cm.
There is a wheelchair accessible toilet on the same floor.
